What are your access hours?

We are open 6am-10pm daily.

What are your office hours?

We are staffed 9:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Saturday, and 1pm to 5pm on Sunday.

Do you offer RV, boat or vehicle storage?

Yes we do. We can accommodate motorcycles, cars, vans, boats and RVs.

How can I pay my rent?

We offer online bill pay for your convenience.

How secure is your facility?

We have video surveillance set up around the facility which is monitored, on-site managers and coded gate entry.

How do I know which size I need?

We offer a variety of sizes to suit your needs. See our unit size page for more detail. If you still aren’t sure, give us a call or stop by and we will be happy to help you choose the size that is perfect for your needs.

What supplies do you offer?

We sell locks, boxes and moving and packing materials for your convenience.

Is there an after-hours phone number I can call in case of an emergency?

Yes, you may call 281-717-6744 any time.

I’ve lost my key,  what do I do?

We can cut the lock for a fee.

Can I set up automatic payments?

Yes, we offer automatic payments as well as the ability to pay online

Where are you located?

We are located at 22223 Kingsland Blvd, Katy, TX 77450. We’re close to shopping and retail centers including Goodwill Industries, Mo’s Place and Alamo Drafthouse, along with service providers, medical and health centers, such as Memorial Hermann Rehabilitation Hospital of Katy, and more.

Is there anything I can’t store in my unit?

We don’t allow the storage of combustible items like fuel and paint. If you store your lawn mower, make sure the tank is empty before storing.
